People working at Coheros have a glass-half-full attitude for a better tomorrow with high technology. We want to be the heroes of cooperation in our own team and with our partners. We are encouraging and developing our team.
I work as a SW consultant / SW developer in various customer projects. Nowadays my tasks tend to relate to cloud-based applications, microservices, Kubernetes, Node.js and other hype stuff. But sometimes I might find myself fiddling with embedded devices or scratching my head with Linux system configuration. I can also act as a tester, customer contact, technical lead and a code monkey… and all this between morning tea and lunch!
It might sound funny, but that’s the way I want to work. At Coheros people tend to get the role and responsibility they want. I started my IT career by starting my BSc studies all the way back in 1999. After my studies, I’ve worked in a few companies and in many positions, but always close to code, because that’s what I like to do.
I’m passionate about coding and agile quality assurance. I have been developing software for over 10 years in diverse software telecom and web / mobile applications development projects in Russia, Sweden and Germany, excelling in my team work and programming skills.
I joined Coheros as a Full-stack software developer, and it’s really exciting to rub shoulders with my colleagues. I can always rely on them for fast and accurate knowledge, making me proud of our achievements. Embracing challenges daily in a friendly team makes days fun.
Being interested in new technologies, I have also acquired a master’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Tampere, Finland.
SW/HW Consultant, Founder
I work as a SW consultant in various customer projects that involve, among other things, solution design, software coding and testing. Tools and techs used in customer projects vary depending on the solution provided.
At work, I find myself doing many things from HW set up in a lab to modern application development and utilizing things like Linux, OpenStack, AWS, cloud-based applications, microservices, Node.js, Kubernetes, Docker, Python, Ansible, Jenkins and Travis, just to name a few.
I started my professional engineering career in 1997 and my professional journey so far has involved positions in different companies as a HW/SW Engineer, After Sales Engineer, After Sales Manager, System Design Engineer, System Specialist, Chief Architect and Senior Tester.
It’s been interesting and exciting to see different corners of R&D, like specification, HW/SW design, implementation, testing and customer care & support.
That’s what I’ve always enjoyed doing, getting familiar with and knowing a bit of every aspect of solution development, end to end. Based on my career background and experience, I can work on different roles, depending on the need.
I’m working in an IoT team as a developer. Although, my professional background is mostly in embedded SW, my main responsibility is to create the ‘I’ for the things. Part of my job is prototyping new IoT products, that is, connecting sensors to Raspberry Pi or Arduino and sending data to the cloud.
I’m interested in all new technologies and keep my skills and knowledge up-to-date by following IoT related news and discussion forums.
